Are your plants beginner friendly?
You bet! I offer a wide variety of plants with varying amounts of care. Check out my Beginner Friendly Collection to start your leafy journey!
How do you package plants for shipping?
Each plant is packed snugly, with reinforcement around the leaves to prevent tearing or smushing! We offer heat packs for those colder climates! All our plants are packed with care love and eco-friendly materials.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Sad leaves = sad day. I highly encourage you to take unboxing videos and pictures so that if anything goes wrong during transit, we can resolve it.
Send me as many videos and/or pictures within 24 hours of receiving the package and I will do my best to make it right!
Are your pots really hand-painted?
Yes! Each pot is hand-painted by me with a whole lot of love! Handle them gently and wipe with a damp cloth to keep them looking groovy!
Shipping and local pickup
Where do you ship?
I currently ship anywhere in the U.S.
Orders can be limited to certain states depending on weather-safety first! We will reach out if it is not safe to ship out your plant, you can order heat packs but use discretion!
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days. I ship out on Mondays to ensure it gets to you as fast as possible.
Need it sooner? No worries select Priority shipping at checkout and it will go out in 1-2 days!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're nearby save on shipping and pick up your leafy friends.
Do you ship your plants year round?
Mostly! During winter or extreme heat I might pause shipments. I'll always post weather updates if needed.

Plant-sitting and repotting services
How do I book a service?
If you are local to Arizona, then check out our Plant Services page or shoot me a message from the Contact page and we can get you scheduled.
How far in advance should I book?
Try to book 1-2 weeks in advance. If it's last minute, I'll do my best to squeeze you in!
Do you supply the pots and soil for repotting services?
I definitely can! This is a different tier or pricing when selecting my service just add it at checkout!

Returns and policies
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Because plants are living things, I don't accept exchanges or returns. But if something isn't right I will work with you to make it right. I have a 30-day guarantee to help put your mind at ease!
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we will be busy prepping your goodies!
